Jennifer has experience and knowledge of our work from both sides of the desk; we first became acquainted with her years ago when We Florida Financial first hired CU Strategic Planning for ALM advisory services in 2015. Later, as their Director of Organizational Performance and Strategy she worked with us managing the client side of both the CDFI certification and CDFI FA grant process. She’s able to put her insight to use for us, now helping guide and oversee the process for other clients.

She was introduced to working with credit unions during her time at the Federal Reserve Bank, where she worked with credit unions as clients, and now has over 20 years of experience in the credit union industry. She’s the former Chief Marketing Officer for We Florida Financial and holds a Certified Strategic Marketing Executive designation from CUES.

One thing Jennifer enjoys about her work with us is being able to help credit unions discover and appreciate the good they’re already doing in their communities, and showing them the possibilities for expanding on that through the creation of the business plans that are part of the FA Award application process.

While Maryland winters were milder than her native New Jersey, Jennifer decided to eliminate all possibility of shoveling snow by relocating to South Florida nearly 20 years ago, and now gets to relax in her downtime with views of palm trees and walks on the beach. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s from the University of Baltimore.
