Morgan is the second Hoosier on our staff, and helps guide and contain the floodwaters of client data that must constantly flow in order to keep our work going. With a passion for organization and experience fielding client calls and emails, she was drawn to CU Strategic Planning because she liked the idea of being part of an organization whose mission is to help others and change communities, and whose culture is one of encouragement and kindness.

She has experience in the nonprofit world, having worked in operations at a community action agency serving six counties to help programs run smoothly and create better connections within the community. She’s currently making the most of her steel-trap mind by pursuing a Master’s in Library and Information Science through IUPUI in the evenings.

Indiana born and raised, Morgan lives in Muncie with her husband Blane, dog Cooper and cat Steve. Any remaining spare time she has left over will find her hunting for new coffee shops, reading, or being the go-to source for any and all movie quotes.
